Memorial Day Murph

Annual Memorial Day Murph will start with heats running from 8:00am until all are finished.  There is a version of this workout for everyone, whether you have done it many times or this is your first year.

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 200 Push Ups
  • 300 Squats
  • 1 Mile Run

Do a scaled version, grab a partner and split it up or even just come cheer on your friends.
