Functionality In Training


CLASSES MEET Monday through Friday 9:15-10am

This class is programmed to demonstrate that no one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the basic functional movements that will enhance the quality and quantity of their lives. 

F.I.T. provides safe, effective workouts, with more emphasis on mobility and longevity, and less on competition and intensity. All ages and levels are welcome!
