Functionality In Training

CLASSES MEET Monday through Friday 9:15-10am

This class is programmed to demonstrate that no one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the basic functional movements that will enhance the quality and quantity of their lives.  The Mayo Clinic defines functional fitness exercises as those that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

F.I.T. provides safe, effective workouts, with more emphasis on mobility and longevity, and less on competition and intensity. Each member working at their own pace towards their own goal/workout. All ages and levels are welcome!
